Does this latest news regarding the ALMOST bombing in New York smell, you better believe it does. Now that we are in the middle of the road on the Guantanamo shutdown, everyone is running scared, so let us just scare them some more. Now why in the world and to what advantage would the government have by releasing the information regarding the ALMOST bombing in New York. If anything I would think they would want to keep it hush hush...people are running scared now and even more so with this kind of information out there.

Let the business of the government, our government, stay with the government. We do not need to know every time they capture someone who could bring harm to this country, just do it. Don't tell me about it, just take care of it, that is why you get paid the big bucks.

The Democrats want Cheney to keep talking...LOL as usual Cheney is back to being Cheney. He doesn't think that President Obama can handle the Gitmo closing, what he fails to understand is the fact that this should have never happened in the first place. Sending prisoners of war to another country so that we could get away with holding them for as long as we wanted and torture them too, and of all places Cuba. We as a country have no right to talk about Fidel Castro, we all knew what he stood for and what he was, but our own administration (Bush/Cheney) took the low road and led us all down it when he opened Guantanamo...this place is a disgrace to the USA and everything we stand for, so sit down Cheney and shut up about what President Obama is doing, you are no longer relevant to the situation.

I think he's trying to erase one equation from US history. That is:
Bush +Cheney +Powell +Rice +Rumsfeld +Tenet +Wolfowitz = 4300 US deaths + 500000 Iraqi deaths + 0 WMD + 1 beer + $4/gallon for gas. All figures are factual except the "1 beer" depending on the interrogation technique. If waterboarding was used after Cheney shot his friend in the face, he might say any positive integer greater than 1 would work. Cheney has been highly profiled in the news, CAN YOU SMELL THE MONEY? He is keeping his face in the news so that people will forget what he has done and decide not to charge him with WAR CRIMES and just buy his book. After all, the people re-elected him and BUSH so they could finished the debacle they started, now he wants us all to forget what they did. NOT IN THIS LIFE TIME Cheney!
